These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ListCraft AI website and AI tools (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use rules below.

1. The Service

ListCraft AI provides browser-based AI tools for writing, rewriting, translation, summarization, coding help and email drafting. Results are generated by third-party AI models. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and you must not use it in violation of any law that applies to you.

3. Free plan and usage limits

The Free plan allows a limited number of generations per day, counted in your browser. Limits may change. You must not attempt to bypass or reset these limits, or create multiple accounts or sessions solely to evade them.

4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases and handles payment processing, taxes and receipts.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Because AI generation cannot be returned, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will work it out in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

Our AI tools may not be used to generate or assist with any of the following. This list is not exhaustive, and we may suspend or terminate access for any use we reasonably consider abusive or harmful.

  • Content that is illegal, or that sexualizes minors in any way.
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or sexual orientation.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, or impersonating another person or organization.
  • Malware, exploits, or code intended to gain unauthorized access to any system, or to disrupt it.
  • Spam, phishing, deceptive or fraudulent material, or mass-generated content intended to manipulate platforms or search rankings.
  • Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Automated scraping, reselling of raw model access, or any attempt to probe, overload or interfere with the Service.

You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use the output. Do not rely on output as professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the text you submit. To the extent permitted by law, you also own the output generated for you, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of it does not infringe the rights of others. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your prompt and return a result.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and it may resemble content produced elsewhere. You should review and verify any output before relying on it, especially for facts, numbers, code and legal or medical matters.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use rules.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
