This Privacy Policy explains how ListCraft AI ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and AI tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Content you submit. The prompts and text you type into the tools, which we send to an AI model provider in order to generate your result.
  • Usage data stored in your browser. A local counter of how many free generations you have used today, kept in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.
  • Payment information. If you subscribe, your payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Creem, acting as merchant of record. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes.

2. How we use information

  • To generate and return the output you requested.
  • To apply free-plan usage limits.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Service.
  • To respond to support requests and to process subscriptions.

3. Third parties

We share the minimum information necessary with the providers that make the Service work:

  • AI model providers — your prompt is transmitted to a third-party AI model so it can produce your result. Their own policies govern how they handle that data.
  • Creem — our merchant of record, which handles checkout, billing, tax and receipts.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — which serve the website and run the request proxy.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We do not store your prompts on our servers after your session. Usage counters live only in your own browser and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser storage.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser local storage only to remember your daily free usage count and, if you open the optional setup panel, your own configuration.

6. Your choices and rights

You may clear locally stored data at any time through your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
